To promote a more rewarding and responsible manner of relating, the causes of your anger must be identified. An awakened mind should result in changed patterns of living. You can make several adjustments in your behavior to confirm that you have succeeded in managing your anger:

  • Set goals to become more relational
  • Make amends with those you have wronged
  • Choose to be positive in your communication
  • Be authentic about your anger management efforts
